MILLEFOGLIE?
Millefoglie means “a thousand leaves” in Italian — a celebration of impossibly delicate layers of golden, crisp pastry and silky crème pâtissière. With its roots in Italian pastry tradition, Millefoglie has long been a favourite for weddings and celebrations, often created in generous formats designed to be shared. Our Bombshell version keeps that spirit of abundance, with seasonal fruits, indulgent flavours and a distinctly modern edge.
